This breakout session will provide an overview of the WICHE Suicide Prevention in Rural Primary Care Toolkit and how elements of this toolkit have been implemented in Maine’s Federally Qualified Health Centers. Those in attendance will be presented with lessons learned, tools to engage community partners in primary care suicide response, and the role of integrated physical and behavioral/mental health care in responding the universal risk and impact of suicide.
