The Co-Occurring Collaborative Serving Maine (CCSME) and The Health Education & Training Institute (HETI) are excited to begin working with you all at the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired to train you in the practice of Motivational Interviewing.
We are writing today to invite you to complete a Worker’s Response Questionnaire (WRQ) as an initial assessment to help guide us in customizing the upcoming trainings to your needs. It will take less than 10 minutes to complete. You can access it here:

Please complete the WRQ no later than Wednesday, November 26. Once you have submitted the WRQ, it will be sent to a coder at HETI for assessment. You will receive your coded WRQ back prior to attending the Fundamentals training in early 2026.
We would also like to introduce you to the Vocational Rehabilitation Motivational Interviewing Hub site. (password: mivr25). On this site you will find resources such as articles and podcasts, practice exercises, newsletters, announcements, and more. We will be updating it regularly with new content as you advance in your Motivational Interviewing journey over the next two years.
