Delivered over the Zoom Meeting Platform This non-academic MHRT-C course will examine the knowledge, attitudes, and skills Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians need to assist consumers in accessing whole health, integrated care. It will address chronic health conditions, mental health and substance use disorders, medication needs, stress, and other factors affecting the wellness of consumers.

Cathleen Dunlap, M.Ed, MSW, LCSW Cathleen Dunlap is Clinical Director at Paramount Behavioral Services, Inc., a mental and behavioral health agency located in Waterville, Maine. Prior to this, Ms. Dunlap was employed as a social worker at Togus VA Medical Center; as the director for Menswork, a certified batterer’s intervention program in central Maine. read more
